BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute a Construction and Maintenance Agreement, a Lease Agreement and a Communications Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto by and between the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and the Hamilton County 911 Emergency Communications District for the design, construction, lease and maintenance of a shared-use facility upon property owned by the City of Chattanooga, a portion of which facility is to be leased to the Hamilton County 911 Emergency Communications District.
